All FCPL branches are open for browsing and holds pickup. If you prefer a contactless service we still offer Curbside Pickup of materials on hold at all FCPL branches.

Let us match you with your next great story. Whether you are looking for a book, TV show, or movie, our staff are here to help you find it. Visit the Personalized Picks service to tell us what you love and library staff will create a curated list of items we think you’ll enjoy.

Follow these easy steps to pick up library materials:

  1. Place a hold - Use the library catalog or call the library to get help over the phone.
  2. Receive notification - Wait for notification that each item you’d like to pick up is available.
  3. Drop by to pick up your holds — you don’t need an appointment. Please note that we are busiest at the top of each hour, so you may wish to drop by later in an hour to avoid waitlines. See our branch hours here.
  4. Pick up your items at any time during curbside hours - Look for the Curbside Pickup sign. Call the number on the sign, provide requested information to staff, and follow instructions for safe delivery of items. For our customers who are deaf, please text the number on the sign upon arrival.

Curbside Pickup Service is available until 15 minutes prior to closing.
