How to Request a Meeting Room

Rooms may be reserved by room or by date/time.

By Room

Choosing to reserve via room allows you to see the times a specific room at a location is available.

  1. Select your Room Type:Meeting Room
  2. If you've selected your branch by the Branch Modal at the top of the page it will already be selected. If not you will need to select a library branch. 
  3. Click Apply
  4. Choose a meeting room by clicking on "Room Details"
  5. Select day and time you would like to reserve.
  6. Complete the registration form with your information.
  7. Click on "Submit" to complete your request.

Please Note: Your room request is not finalized until you receive confirmation by email or telephone stating your request has been accepted.

By Time

Choosing to reserve via time allows you to search for an available room based on the time the customer needs a room.

  1. Select your Room Type: Meeting Room
  2. Select date (if necessary) and time.
  3. Input your meeting duration
  4. If you've selected your branch by the Branch Modal at the top of the page it will already be selected. If not you will need to select a library branch. 
  5. Click Apply
  6. Available rooms for the time selected will be displayed. Choose a meeting room by clicking on "Room Details"
  7. Complete the registration form with your information.
  8. Click on "Submit" to complete your request.
