Celebrate Constitution Week!

Celebrate this historic anniversary by traveling back in time to learn about the Constitution! Step into our time machine and visit with Ben Franklin as he teaches us about Colonial life and the Constitution. Ben will show us how to play some colonial games, construct a tri-corner hat and even help us to write with a quill.

Preschool Science Fair

This hands-on event is a fantastic way to experiment with basic scientific concepts using a variety of tools and materials. Explore and learn as you travel through 4 fun science fair stations. Be prepared to get a little messy. Register early as space is limited!

Read to a New Dog Friend - Wags for Hope

Improve your reading skills and make a new friend by reading aloud to a therapy pet! The Reading Education Assistance Dogs (R.E.A.D.) program improves children's reading and communication skills by employing a powerful method: reading to a dog or cat. But not just any dog or cat. R.E.A.D. pets are registered therapy animals who volunteer with their owner/handlers as a team, going to schools, libraries and many other settings as reading companions for children. This program is held every 4 weeks. Sept 21, Oct 19, Nov 16.

We’ll begin learning to play with others, wait turns, and listen to stories, as well as dance, sing, laugh and have fun! This storytime is designed specifically for caregivers and children 18 months to 30 months. Registration is available two weeks before the monthly program series begins.
