Babies With Books: Birth to Twenty-Four Months

Learning to read begins BEFORE your child starts school - as a matter of fact, it begins at birth! Delight and stimulate your baby with songs, a story and activities. Get to know other families an help your baby develop listening and language skills. Tickets will be available on the day of the program for the first 15 parent/child pairs. This program is limited, so come early for your ticket.

For beginners, this introduction to the library's collection provides instruction in foundation research and identification of potential funders. The 90 minute presentation is followed by a short tour of the library's grant collection.

You'll fill your jar with the names of books and authors you want to read or recommend. Then, whenever you're looking for something to read, you'll draw a slip and have a great choice.
