If you find yourself curiously captivated by succulents, 6:30-7:30pm, Master Gardeners will show you how to plant these exquisite, drought-tolerant beauties right on the library patio.

Intergenerational Book Club

Children (ages 8-12) and adults come together to share the wonder of awe-inspiring books in this series of three discussions, held on 5/30 at the Urbana Librar, 6/13 at the C. Burr Artz Library and 7/25 at the Thurmont Library. Curious Iguana Children's Book Buyer Kari Kelly will lead the discussions.

Word Play: A Monthly Writing Workshop

Join us every month for an inclusive writing workshop where participants will have an opportunity to share their work and refine their writing. The event is open to all but is specifically geared for adults with intellectual disabilities.

The workshop takes place at Wegmans at 6pm. Meet us from 5.45pm at the cafe inside the main entrance.
