The Middletown Branch will be closed from Friday, September 5th, through Friday, September 26th to refurbish the library with new furniture and equipment, patron-friendly shelving, more technology and easier access to library materials.
Library patrons will be welcomed back to their new and improved community library on Saturday, September 27th after the ribbon cutting ceremony at 1 PM.
During the closure, patrons may return materials to any FCPL branch or via the book drop at the Middletown Library. Items placed on hold for pick-up at Middletown will be held at Brunswick Branch Library. Patrons may change the pick-up location for holds online by following these instructions or by calling the Middletown Library at (301)371-7560 before September 5th. After September 5th, changes to the pick-up location for holds may be made online or by calling any of the other FCPL branches.
